Adriana Lima's Diet & Workout Secrets

Adriana Lima has always been my favorite “angel”. The 27 year old showed up to the
ESPYs on Wednesday looking absolutely stunning! The newly engaged model says she
keeps her amazing body through following portion control when it comes to her diet. She
eats anything she wants but makes sure to only have a small amount. And she’s not a fan
of giving up any of the foods she likes saying,

“I tried to give up meat last week, but I only lasted three days. I just couldn’t do it. I love
meat, chocolate, and cakes.”

As for her workout, Adriana practices Capoeira, a Brazilian martial art which combines
dance, music, rituals, acrobatics, and choreographed play-fighting. She’s also a fan of
cardio workouts and loves to jump rope.

And even though many people drool over this supermodel’s body, she stays grounded and
keeps a healthy attitude about it saying,

“For the moment I like my body. I don’t think it’s the best one, but I don’t have anything I
don’t like about it-yet…“
